South County Vaccination Program

SBPHC Vaccine Program - Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative
The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative strives to be sure that everyone has the access to vaccines that can help them be the healthiest version of themselves. This is done both through our annual mobile flu/COVID vaccine program as well as our childhood vaccination program where we provide a wide variety of vaccines to individuals 18 and younger.
Flu and COVID Vaccination
The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative is pleased to open registration to a series of mobile vaccine clinics in Southern Berkshire County! At these clinics, we will be providing regular-dose flu (for ages 6 months or older), high-dose flu (for ages 65 and older), and updated Pfizer COVID vaccinations to anyone 5 years or older, per recent changes enacted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Registration is required for and can be done using one of these three easy methods:
- Click on the desired clinic on the 2025 Vaccination Clinic Schedule to go directly to that clinic and register;
- Go to https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown (or scan the QR Code) and pick your desired clinic ; or
- Call (413) 243- 5540 x109 and request assistance registering from SBPHC staff.
Insurance: Although the flu and COVID vaccinations are provided at no cost, we ask that you have your insurance card with you at the time of registration as well as the day of the clinic. If you have a hard time entering your insurance information, you may select “No Insurance” as long as you bring that information to you to the clinic.
Questions or need an in-home vaccination? Please feel free to email us back or call SBPHC staff at (413) 243-5540 x109. Please also call this number if you, or a loved one, has difficulty leaving the house for an appointment and need a public health nurse to come to their home.
