Lee Middle/High School Vaccine Clinic

here are two no-cost COVID/Flu clinics being held in the Town of Lee this fall, including:
- Lee Middle/High School: Weds 10/9, from 3-6
- Lee Senior Center: Thurs, 11/7 from 1:30 – 3:30
At these clinics, we will be providing regular-dose flu vaccine (for people 6 months and older), high-dose flu vaccine (for people 65 years and older) and the updated COVID vaccine (for people 6 months and older).
Pre-Registration: We are asking people to pre-register by:
- going to https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown and pick their desired clinic;
- attend one of the pre-registration events at the Lee Senior Center on 8/29 and 9/26 from 9:30 – 10:30; or
- call the SBPHC at 413 243 5540 x109 so staff can register individuals over the phone.
Note that in-home vaccination is available for individuals who have a hard time leaving their home. Please call 413 243 5540 x109 to schedule a nurse to come to your home.
