To Schedule an Inspection for sale of home
To schedule an inspection you must call the Fire Department,
General Business Line at (413) 243-5550
Inspections are typically carried out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
Special appointments are available on Monday evenings between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
If these hours do not work for you, call and we can usually accommodate you.
The inspection fee of $25.00 is payable by cash or check
The inspection fee must be paid at time of inspection.
Cash must be exact as inspectors do not carry change.
Checks to be made out to The Town of Lee
The Inspection Certificate is only good for 60 days
Please make sure you have a closing date set before you schedule. Please do not wait until the last minute, we can not guarantee there will be an appointment available.
