Can I have a Cooking or Camp Fire in my back yard?

Backyard Cooking and Camp Fires are allowed in the Town of Lee.

The Fire Department can order any fire extinguished that does not meet certain conditions or is determined to be a nuisance.

Remember a Cooking or Camp Fire is NOT a bonfire!
