PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING: Pursuant to M.G.L Chapter 149, The Town of Lee is initiating a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Filed Sub-Bid and General Contractor Prequalification for the construction of a new $29M Public Safety Building to be located on Railroad Street in Lee, MA. Jacunski Humes Architects LLC is the Architect and Skanska USA Building is the Owners Project Manager. Only Filed Sub Bid and General Contractors who are prequalified by the Town of Lee will be invited to and eligible to submit bids for the Building Project. Request for Qualification documents can be obtained at www.projectdog.com Job #866246, on Wednesday April 2nd 2025. For assistance, contact Projectdog Inc. at 978-499-9014.
