Town of Lee vs. Monsanto

On March 30, 2023 The Town of Lee filed suit against Monsanto in Federal District Court arising from the manufacturing of PCBs. The suit seeks to collect damages from the construction of a dump in the Town of Lee for two million tons of PCB waste.
