Spectrum Update to Lee Residents

Please see an update below for Lee residents from Charter Communications:

• Spectrum will be closing its store location at 20 Silver Street in Lee, MA as of May 12, 2026.
• Between now and May 12, 2026, the Spectrum store will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
• The Spectrum store location in Pittsfield remains open during normal business hours and is able to service any customers requiring in person service.
• In addition, Nancy Clark, Spectrum’s Director of Government Affairs for Massachusetts, is also available to assist with equipment and/or customer service needs during regular business hours and can be contacted at [email protected]
