There are 10 one-bedroom units, 9 two-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom unit set aside for households with income under 80% of the average median income. There are 8 rent assisted units that have been set aside for households earning at or under 30% of AMI. Housing choice vouchers are welcome for all non-rent assisted units.
