The plan for General Electric (GE) to create a landfill in Lee for the waste from the Housatonic River cleanup has raised significant issues within our community. We invite residents of all knowledge levels about the proposed dump to participate. Democracy thrives when community members actively engage in discussions and decisions that affect their lives. Given the importance of the cleanup and landfill proposals, it's crucial that the voices of Lee's residents are heard and considered.
