Leap of Kindness Day

2024 is a Leap Year! Join us in celebrating Leap of Kindness Day!

The Lee Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Food Drive. Please drop off non-perishable food items and personal care items to the Lee Food Pantry (45 Railroad Street) on Thursday, February 29 from 1-6 PM.

If you can spare some time to volunteer to assist with the collection, please let the Chamber of Commerce Director, Kathy DeVarennes, know at (413) 243-1705 or Director@leechamber.org.  

Other ways you can celebrate Kindness Day:
·         Deliver breakfast or lunch to local first responders
·         Take flowers or non-skid socks to a local nursing home
·         Collect clothes, food, or personal care items for a local shelter
·         Send a thank you card to someone who means a lot to you
·         Clean up a local park, playground, or trail
·         If you own a shop or restaurant, donate a percentage of sales on Leap of Kindness Day to your favorite charity
·         Bake cookies for teachers, school bus drivers, or crossing guards
