Free Movie Night at the Smithsonian Exhibit: "Home Alone"

free movie night

On June 10th, the Town of Lee held a Mock Election for students in grades 2-6 at Lee Elementary School for their favorite film out of 10 - the winning film will be screened at the Smithsonian exhibit, "Voices and Votes: Democracy in America" in Lee! The exhibit is located at the Lee Premium Outlets, Suite B120 (to the left of Nautica).

Our mock election included a chance for each student to check in, complete a ballot, submit their vote, and walk away with an "I voted today" sticker. Some students even created campaign posters for their favorite film in Mr. Boule's art class. You can view the campaign posters on display at the exhibit! There was a total of 212 students who voted, and "Home Alone" took the win!

Please join us for a FREE movie night screening of "Home Alone" this Saturday, June 21st at 6:00pm at the Lee Premium Outlets, Suite B120 (to the left of Nautica). Doors will open at 5pm. Bring your own lawn chairs and enjoy free popcorn! This event will be indoors and held rain or shine.

Although not required, please REGISTER HERE so we can get an estimate of how many will be attending.
