Summer Safety 2019

Cookouts. Beach Days. Afternoons at the playground. Hiking and biking. Canoeing, kayaking and camping. However you choose to enjoy yourself outdoors this summer, the Tri Town Health Department wishes you a happy, healthy season!

On this page you’ll find water quality results for your local beaches, as well as information about sun safety, mosquito and tickborne disease prevention, and food preparation tips for at home cooking.

Weekly beach testing results can be found by clicking here. Public and semi-public beaches are tested weekly for the presence of e. coli. In the event of a beach closure a notice will be posted at the location of the beach and on our website.

If you would like a wallet sized tick identification card feel free to stop by and ask for one!

Have a great summer!!!
