Mission

The mission of the Lee Appalachian Trail Committee is to increase town support and involvement with the Appalachian Trail Hikers in their goal of thru hiking the Appalachian Trail and generate support and involvement with the AMC Western MA Trail Management Committee in their maintenance and conservation of the trail.

We believe that Lee’s growing increase in support of the Appalachian Trail and its hikers through business and community involvement generates economic growth for Lee, and puts the town on the map as an outdoor adventure community.
