Special Town Meeting WarrantCommonwealth of Massachusetts ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to amend the personnel by-law by establishing the FY06 Classification Plan as follows:
Article 2. Fiscal Year 2005 Operating Budget RevisionTo see if the Town will vote to amend Article 2 of the Annual Town Meeting held on May 13, 2004, as amended by Articles 3 and 4 of that May 13, 2004 Annual Town Meeting, by increasing the appropriation for the Snow and Ice account (423) from $234,726 to $295,726, or any other amount, and to meet that increased appropriation transfer $61,000, or any other amount, from available funds, or to take any other action relative thereto. Finance Committee recommends approval. Article 3. Additional Fiscal Year 2005 Chapter 90 AuthorizationTo see if the Town will vote to amend Article 21 of the Annual Town Meeting held on May 13, 2004 to expend an additional $31,244 from added fiscal year 2005 “Chapter 90” funds as provided by the Commonwealth for the purpose of repairing the Town’s bridges, or to take any other action relative thereto. Finance Committee recommends approval. Article 4. Water Treatment Plant Borrowing Authorization ReductionTo see if the Town will vote to amend the vote under Article 1 of the Special Town Meeting held on August 11, 1994, by amending the amount authorized to borrow to read $6,114,960, or to take any other action relative thereto. Finance Committee recommends approval. And, you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting true and attested copies thereof, in three public places within the Town of Lee, fourteen (14) days at least, before the day and hour of holding said meeting. Therefore, Fail Not and make due return of said Warrant with your doing thereon to the Town Clerk of the Town of Lee, at or before the day and hour of holding said meeting.
